New Powell Kroger Marketplace Celebrates Grand Opening

Powell, TN – Southeastern Development Associates

Tommy Saul, Rhodes Seeger and Chris Senn of Southeastern Development Associates based in Augusta, Georgia represented Kroger on the September 2016 project of the 124,000 square foot building.

Opening their doors on September 15^th, this is the fifth Kroger Marketplace Store to open in the Greater Knoxville Area, and it has created more than 375 new jobs.

Southeastern is also developing the shops located next to Kroger to begin in January of 2017, and are available for lease. There is 1,400 SF to 10,000 SF available for lease.
