The Southeastern Investment Sales team, David Rivers, Steve Collins and Ryan McArdle, facilitated the sale of Birmingham Village, a 82,905 SQ FT Publix anchored shopping center in Alpharetta, GA and Shoppes at Locust Grove, a 89,567 SQ FT Publix anchored shopping center in Locust Grove, GA.  The centers were 78% and 71% occupied at the time of sale with a mix of local and national tenants.  Southeastern represented the buyer in the transaction.
