One Hampton Lake Continues to Make Progress

The new apartment complex in the Hampton Lake community, known as One Hampton Lake, is making progress to completion. This Southeastern Class A multifamily development features One, Two, and Three bedroom apartments in Bluffton, SC. Southeastern hopes the project’s amenities will help differentiate it from other apartment complexes in town. The community will include a central resort-style pool area overlooking Hampton Lake. The pool will be surrounded by three community spaces: a gym, events hall and a management office.
