SOLD! Former Kroger Building in Maryville, TN

Rhodes Seeger, Chris Senn, and Tommy Saul of the Southeastern Investment Sales Team facilitated the sell of the former Kroger building in Maryville, TN for $4.5 million.

Kroger relocated a block down in Summer 2016 when Southeastern aided in finding a new location for the Marketplace store.  The new Kroger location is double the previous building, pictured above.

The previous Kroger building was 60,000 SF. Southeastern has sold it to Hutton for $4.5 million.  Hutton has plans for a renovation of the building with five national tenants occupying the building.

The Southeastern Investment Sales Team represented Kroger to facilitate the transaction.
