Summer Surprises at Shelter Cove

Shelter Cove has always been a mid-island destination, but its fresh face and new park have pushed that appeal to an even higher level. Hilton Head Monthly magazine featured Shelter Cove Towne Centre in the July issue.

Shelter Cove started with the intent to keep Hilton Head Island special. Vegetation was carefully cleared to open up views of the creek, creating stunning vistas most people did not even know existed. Trees were then planted elsewhere on the property to retain Hilton Head’s famous canopy.

“The response from residents and visitors has been phenomenal,” Roni Allbritton, general manager of Shelter Cove Towne Centre, said.
