Firm Gets OK For Augusta Apartment Community

Southeastern has received approval from Augusta planning commissioners to move forward with plans to develop a gated “Class A” apartment community in that city that will include a clubhouse, pool and walking trails within a 54-acre tract off the I-20 interchange on Walton Way extension, reports THE AUGUSTA CHRONICLE.

The apartment complex, called Grand Oaks at Crane Creek, will likely include between 240 and 330 units, according to company President Mark Senn.

The company is currently developing similar apartment properties in Nashville and Knoxville, Tenn., and Hilton Head Island, S.C.
