The redevelopment is anchored by an 120,000 SF Kroger Marketplace (completed March 2014), 55,000 SF Dicks Sporting Goods (completed October 2014), 45,000 SF of boutique shops. These shops include Chipotle, Super Cuts, Once Upon a Child, Fiddlers Crab House, The Original Pancake House, John B Rourke, European Wax Center, Pizza Hut, Urgent Care of Savannah, Jason’s Deli and more.
