Jason Long

Mr. Long joined Southeastern in 2003. He is involved in brokerage, development, acquisitions, and dispositions for Southeastern.

During his time at Southeastern he has completed assemblage projects for fortune 500 companies, portfolio sales for equity funds, and acquisition/disposition of multiple property types including shopping centers, hotels, multifamily, and large land tracts.

Mr. Long’s roles on the development team include site selection on the front-end, site feasibility and entitlement work, and project management through development process across multiple property types including retail, multifamily, hotel, and mixed-use projects.  He also has experience with Southeastern managing projects involving the public sector that involve public/private partnerships with various municipalities to create public spaces and public improvements in company projects, as well as build to suits for municipal buildings.
