Courtyard Marriott Coming to Summerville

In 2013, Southeastern plans to break ground on a new Courtyard Marriott in Summerville, SC, which will be located in the Nexton community at the intersection of I-26 and Hwy 17A.  This hotel will be a joint venture development between Southeastern as managing partner and MeadWestvaco. Other developments in the Nexton community will include a new 100,000 SF “Class A” office facility, over 400 luxury apartments, and more than 100,000 SF of retail space.
