The sale of Ocean Plaza, a 66,497 SF Kroger anchored shopping center in North Myrtle Beach, SC is located at the corner of Highway 17 and Main Street. The shopping center gave investors irreplaceable real estate with potential for upside through renovations and leasing. 93% of this center was occupied when purchased. Southeastern Development Associates worked with the Buyer, who was an International REIT, and the Seller, who was the original Developer. The Buyer in this transaction is seeking additional assets for acquisition. The center was bought off market.
