Cedar Bluff Shops

Chris Senn, Rhodes Seeger and Tommy Saul of the Southeastern Investment Sales Team facilitated the sell of 17,769 sq. ft. of small shops space located at 9225 Kingston Pike at the intersection of Cedar Bluff Road and Kingston Pike.  The shops are part of the Kroger Marketplace shopping center in Knoxville, TN.  Property was purchased by a local investor.  Tenants include Golden Wok, Pack and Mail, Newks, American Dental, Which Wich, GNC, Princess Nail Spa, Natural Alternatives.  The property closed in June 2017.
