Market Walk Shopping Center

Ryan McArdle, David Rivers, and Steve Collins of the Southeastern Investment Sales Team facilitated the sale of Market Walk, a 255,000 SF Kroger Marketplace and Dick’s Sporting Goods anchored shopping center located in Savannah, GA. The center was 94% occupied at the time of the sale with Buffalo Wild Wings, Chipotle, Jason’s Deli and others as co-tenants.  The sale of Market Walk was the highest priced retail transaction in the history of the Savannah market for a Neighborhood Center. The Southeastern Investment Sales Team brought the deal to market on behalf of the Seller.
