Southeastern Development Associates have completed the sale of Paradise Crossing Shopping Center for $9,000,000. Paradise Crossing is a 67,470 SF Publix anchored Shopping Center located outside of Atlanta in Lithia Springs, GA. Ryan McArdle, David Rivers, and Steve Collins of Southeastern Development Associates represented the Buyer, a public non-traded REIT that invests in retail real estate properties specializing in grocery anchored centers.
The center, previously owned by The Simpson Organization is over 95% occupied and has a mix of national, regional, and local tenants. Paradise Crossing intersects Lee Rd and Highway 92/Fairbum Rd, which connects directly to Interstate 20 at only three miles away.
