Southaven Shopping Center
The Southaven Shopping Center is a 84,000 SF Kroger anchored shopping center located just outside of Memphis in Southaven, MS. The center was 92% occupied at the time of the sale with It’s Fashion Metro, Little Caesar’s, Cato and Cosmo Prof as co-tenants. Ryan McArdle, David Rivers, and Steve Collins of the Southeastern Investment Sales Team facilitated the sale and brought the deal to market on behalf of the Seller.
