The shopping center is anchored by Kroger and located in Springhill, TN. The property was purchased by a local investor. Tenants include Tito’s Mexican Restaurant, China Panda, Spring Hill Nail Salon, Great Clips, Remke Eye Care, Subway, Little Caesars’s, Star Physical Therapy, Linda Clark, Workout Anytime, TN Farm Bureau, Jimmy’s Cleaner and Hill Dental. The property closed in June 2017.
