Rhodes Seeger, Chris Senn and Tommy Saul of Southeastern facilitated the sale of two retail buildings in Augusta, GA totaling 11,930 SF.  The property is located off Washington Road within close proximity to Interstate 20 and the Augusta National Golf Club.  The buildings are occupied by Five Guys, Moe’s, Sports Clips, Scottrade and Cricket Wireless.  This was an off market sale with Southeastern representing the Buyer in the transaction.  The property has one vacancy of 2,450 SF and Southeastern is currently negotiating a lease for this space.  Rhodes Seeger, Chris Senn and Tommy Saul continue to look for investment properties for this client.
