The community will be developed in two phase, 321 units in Phase 1 and 146 Units in Phase 2. The project will also have direct access to the Cumberland River and the Music City Greenway system. The project is within a 3.5 mile walk/bike ride to downtown on the Music City Greenway System. 474 parking spaces and 100 garages will be dedicated to the nine buildings and the fitness center. Unit finishes will include quartz countertops with tile backsplash, wood-inspired flooring, stainless steel appliances, crown molding throughout, separate walk-in tiled showers, garden tubs, built-in USB ports, oversized closets, ceiling fans, keyless entry doors, and spacious porches. The community is currently in lease up.
