Jonathan Crawford

Mr. Crawford is a key member of Southeastern’s development team, responsible for the execution and oversight of a broad portfolio of commercial and residential projects across the eastern United States. His expertise spans budgeting, financing, construction, leasing, and sales management, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to completion.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Mr. Crawford also supports national tenants with site acquisition, sales, leasing, and third-party brokerage throughout the Southeast. He holds brokerage licenses in five states and is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Mr. Crawford earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and later completed his MBA at Augusta University. A lifelong Augusta native, he remains deeply engaged in the community, serving on the Columbia County Forward Foundation, The Community Foundation for the CSRA, and The Central Savannah River Land Trust.
