Daniel Metzel

Daniel joined Southeastern in 2025. Before joining the company, he served as a partner at Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC, where he specialized in tax consulting and compliance for clients in the real estate and construction industries.

As Vice President of Finance, Daniel helps guide the organization through the increasingly complex tax and financial landscape of real estate development. His responsibilities also include overseeing investor relations, financial modeling, and long-term forecasting.

Daniel earned both his BBA and Master’s in Accounting from the University of Georgia in 2007.
