Jordan Dyche

Jordan Dyche joined Southeastern in 2023. Prior to joining Southeastern, Jordan received his BBA in Real Estate from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. At the time, the Terry College of Business Real Estate Program was ranked No. 3 among U.S. public business schools. Throughout his studies, Jordan developed a deep understanding of real estate market trends and investment strategies.

Jordan is using these skills to identify and analyze future opportunities for Southeastern and individual clients to pursue. He is currently assisting with development, site acquisition, sales, leasing, and third-party brokerage throughout the southeast.

As he continues to grow in his career, Jordan is excited to take on new challenges and build strong relationships with clients. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional service ensure that clients receive the best possible results.

Outside of work, Jordan loves to golf, shoot sporting clays, and spend time with family.
