Mark Senn
PresidentMark Senn has overseen the design and development of all projects undertaken by Southeastern since co-founding the company in 1987. Under his leadership, Southeastern has grown into a 60-person development and construction management team engaged in retail, hotel, multifamily, office, and mixed-use projects across the United States.
Mark leads the team responsible for developing the greatest number of Kroger projects nationwide and is honored to serve as one of Kroger’s largest joint venture partners. He also directs Southeastern’s multifamily platform, which delivers more than 1,000 residential units annually, and guides the company’s role as a primary development partner in Bridgestone’s national expansion initiative.
Mr. Senn earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina in 1976 and his Master’s in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1979. Following graduate school, he served as Director of Planning and Economic Development for the CSRA Planning and Development Commission for five years before becoming Vice President of Real Estate at Bankers First in 1984.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Senn is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers. He also served as President of the National Cutting Horse Association, a 15,000-member international organization.
