Mary Senn

Ms. Senn joined Southeastern Development Associates in 2016. She is an active member of the development team, working on retail, hotel, multifamily, Kroger, and Harris Teeter projects. Ms. Senn’s responsibilities include creating and tracking budgets on new and existing projects, researching markets for potential sites, and structuring joint ventures. She is also responsible for assisting with all pre-development and entitlement work on new projects.

Prior to joining Southeastern, Ms. Senn received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a concentration in Finance and a certificate in Accounting. Upon graduation, Ms. Senn was employed as a Financial Analyst in Commercial Real Estate at Wells Fargo. She was responsible for underwriting loans, assessing the risks associated with various borrowers and property types, and making recommendations for loan parameters. Ms. Senn is a member of The International Council of Shopping Centers and The Urban Land Institute.
