Bobby Thomas

Mr. Robert ‘Bobby’ Thomas joined Southeastern as General Counsel in 2013. A long time Augusta native, Bobby obtained his Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in real estate from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business, and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to joining our team, Bobby worked as a real estate transaction and litigation attorney at Fulcher Hagler Law Firm in downtown Augusta. Bobby works alongside our current outside counsel in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, leases, joint ventures, loan agreements, and other documents essential to our business.
