The Courtyard by Marriott is located at the entrance to the 5,000 acre Nexton planned development owned by MeadWestvaco. This large scale development is well underway and will include single-family residential housing, Class A office space, hotels, and upscale retail development within the Town Center. The hotel was designed with Marriott utilizing their LEED Volume Programs as an environmentally friendly “Green” hotel. The hotel was completed in Summer 2014 and features 96 rooms and state of the art amenities such as a restaurant, lounge, outdoor pool, exercise room, business center, and market pantry.
Located in the NW quadrant of the intersection of I-26 and Hwy 17A.
