601 West Summit Hill Drive Southwest | Knoxville, TN
Southeastern successfully developed and sold the exceptional 23-acre waterfront property formerly known as Baptist Hospital into a mixed-use development overlooking Downtown Knoxville. This project included 303 luxury Class A apartment units overlooking the Tennessee River and a TIF project, which included a new public events space and expanding the city’s Riverwalk. Additionally, Southeastern sold land to a student housing group, an office building to a multifamily developer, and an office building to the City for Regal Cinemas headquarters. Southeastern sold One Riverwalk in 2023.
