In partnership with The Kroger Company, Southeastern developed a retail center that includes, Kroger, The Don Ryan Center for Innovation, a culinary school, a public park, shops, and restaurants. Southeastern also completed a build-to-suit for St Joseph’s Candler.

Southeastern successfully sold this project in 2025.
