Sale of Grovetown Verizon Wireless

Southeastern recently sold the new Verizon Wireless building that is located in front of the Gateway Wal Mart shopping center in Grovetown, GA.  Southeastern developed this Verizon, which opened earlier this year.  Agents Chris Senn and Rhodes Seeger sold this 2,500 SF income property to STR Partners, LLC for $1,069,750.
