Southeastern Begins Construction on Arlington Mixed-Use
Southeastern has begun construction on UrbA, a large mixed-use project in Arlington, VA. The development consists of three phases totaling about 730 luxury apartments, a new flagship Harris Teeter, N Glebe Road fronting retail, and a public park. The site is located in the heart of Arlington in the Ballston neighborhood across from Ballston Quarter. Arlington has seen rapid growth over the last decade and continues to be a hub for consulting and technology. Amazon recently started work on their HQ2 in Arlington which promises to create up to 25,000 jobs.
