Frank Mowitz

Mr. Mowitz joined Southeastern in 2024 after a 12-year career with Harris Teeter as Director of Real Estate. Prior to his career with Harris Teeter, he served for 20 years as Senior Real Estate Manager for Albertson’s in Florida. He is involved in site acquisitions, development and lease negotiations for Harris Teeter projects in Virginia, the Carolinas and Florida. In addition, he is involved in the acquisition and development of new Firestone Tire Stores in North & South Carolina. Frank is a member of ICSC and holds a real estate license in the state of Florida.
