Jessica Perry

Jessica Perry joined Southeastern in 2015 and brings a diverse background in property management and financial operations. Her responsibilities include Property Management Tenant Accounting, managing retail centers and single-tenant properties as a Property Manager, and serving as a Licensed Real Estate Agent. She is committed to providing exceptional service while building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and clients.

Before joining Southeastern, Jessica spent 14 years in the insurance industry, where she developed extensive experience in customer service, financial management, and client relations. A native of Augusta, she earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Augusta State University.

Outside of work, Jessica is an active member of Church of the Good Shepherd and enjoys volunteering in her community. In her free time, she loves reading, shopping, and spending quality time with her daughter and son.
