Maranda Tarvin

Mrs. Tarvin is the Accounting Manager at Southeastern Real Estate Group in Augusta, GA, where she has been a cornerstone of the accounting department since October 2015. She oversees all accounting functions across a portfolio of 100+ companies spanning commercial and residential construction, property management, and real estate sales. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, GAAP compliance, AIA billing, construction loan draws, and working closely with the CFO on cash flow management and strategic planning. She also leads and develops the accounting team, fostering a culture of efficiency and operational excellence.

Prior to joining Southeastern, Mrs. Tarvin built her accounting foundation at a local CPA firm.

Outside of work, she enjoys life in North Augusta with her husband and daughter.
