Mark Coffin

Mark T. Coffin Sr. is an experienced construction, maintenance, and energy executive with a proven track record of delivering large-scale development projects. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail Development at Southeastern Development, he has held senior leadership roles at Harris Teeter, Southeastern Grocers, and SUPERVALU, where he led enterprise-wide store development, engineering, and facilities initiatives with capital programs exceeding $175 million. Mark is recognized for building high-performing teams, driving operational efficiencies, and implementing innovative sustainability strategies, including reducing enterprise energy consumption and achieving zero-waste milestones across hundreds of locations. With more than four decades of leadership experience spanning grocery, construction, and manufacturing sectors, he brings deep expertise in financial management, strategic planning, and operational execution. He holds an MBA from Johns Hopkins University and a BS from Towson University.
