Mark Senn

Mark Senn, a founding member of Southeastern Real Estate Group, is Chief Executive

Officer following many years of leadership within the organization. Previously serving as President, Mr. Senn oversaw the design, planning, and development of the company’s extensive commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use portfolio. Mr. Senn has played a key role in shaping Southeastern’s long-term growth strategy.

Under his leadership, Southeastern has become one of the nation’s leading developers of Kroger-anchored projects and is proud to serve as one of The Kroger Company’s largest joint venture partners nationwide.

In addition to his responsibilities at Southeastern, Mr. Senn also serves as President of Grand Oak Construction. Senn earned his undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina and received a Master’s degree in City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Following graduate school, he served for five years as Director of Planning and Economic Development for the CSRA Planning and Development Commission before joining Bankers First as Vice President of Real Estate.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Mr. Senn has also served as President of the National Cutting Horse Association, an internationally recognized equine organization.
