295 Calhoun Street is a multifamily project located on the peninsula of Charleston directly across from the medical district.  The sits on Long Lake providing spectacular views across the lake to the Ashley River.  The project will total approximately 300 units with high end amenities.  A select number of townhomes and condos will be offered for sale at the first two levels of the project.  This 7 story project has received conceptual BAR approval and is currently in full architectural design.
