Tyson Point

Tyson Point is a 29.62 acre mixed-use project on a peninsula overlooking Old Tampa Bay in Tampa, Florida. The peninsula sits just off Westshore Boulevards which is one of the most desirable areas of Tampa. The Project will consist of 799 Class A apartments, 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurants, a 3 acre public gathering park, a public waterfront walking trail, and 50 boat slips. Phase 1 of the project will consist of 296 Class A apartments with water views and top of the market amenities including a resort style pool, fitness, an outdoor bar and lounge, a state of the art club room, and a business center. Phase 2 will consist of 206 Class A apartments.
