Horizon North Business Park

Located in the the highest growth area of Columbia County, Horizon North Industrial Park consists over 200 acres of graded lots that range in size from 1 – 50 acres and offer both M-1 and M-2 Industrial zoning.  All utilities are in place, and a select number of lots offer interstate visibility along I-20. Lots are available for a built-to-suit, and facilities can be designed according to individual firm’s needs. Various financial incentives are available in Horizon North. The Development Authority of Columbia County (DACC) can assist qualified businesses with a variety of financial assistance programs, including loans from the Small Business Administration and the Economic Development Administration. Businesses are also permitted to apply for loan assistance from the US Department of Agriculture (USDA).
