Adam Xhajanka

Adam Xhajanka joined Southeastern in 2026 as a Sales Associate. Prior to stepping into this role, Adam earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems (MIS) from Georgia College, establishing a strong foundation in data analysis and business strategy. Following graduation, Adam built a successful background in sales and marketing, developing a keen eye for market trends and client relations.

Leveraging his distinct background in data systems, Adam excels at streamlining the site acquisition process through meticulous market research and demographic analysis. He specializes in evaluating trade areas and property feasibility to ensure strategic decision-making for development projects. Currently, Adam actively supports Southeastern with site selection, sales, and leasing.

Outside of the office, Adam is an avid runner and kayaker who enjoys traveling, playing cornhole, and supporting Atlanta sports teams.
