Kim Evans

Mrs. Evans has spent 26 years in commercial real estate, specializing in the leasing and property management of shopping centers and office buildings. At Southeastern, she oversees leasing operations, manages multiple properties, and has also taken on various construction-related responsibilities.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Georgia in 1979. Mrs. Evans has been recognized for her performance as a member of Southeastern’s President’s Club and the Chairman’s Circle of Excellence, and she remains an active member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors.
