Jordan Dyche

Since joining Southeastern in 2023, Jordan Dyche has supported both Southeastern’s development initiatives and third-party client projects throughout the Southeast, including grocery-anchored shopping centers, mixed-use developments, senior housing communities, hospitality projects, and large-scale land development opportunities.

His experience includes site selection, land acquisition, land planning, zoning and entitlement coordination, contract negotiations, leasing, and dispositions. He assists clients in evaluating opportunities, navigating the development process, structuring transactions, and maximizing the value of their real estate assets.

Jordan earned a B.B.A. in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. He takes pride in building lasting relationships and helping clients achieve their real estate objectives through practical, result-driven solutions.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys golfing, shooting sporting clays, and spending time with family.
