Dykes Harbin

Dykes Harbin joined Southeastern in 2023. A native of Augusta, Georgia, he graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2013, where he was a member of the Men’s Golf Team and earned All-SEC honors during the 2012–2013 season. After graduation, Dykes pursued a professional golf career, competing until 2022.

As a Sales Associate at Southeastern, Dykes specializes in sales, leasing, development, and third-party brokerage throughout the Southeast. He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Leveraging his competitive background, market knowledge, and relationship-driven approach, Dykes is dedicated to providing exceptional service and tailored solutions to meet his clients’ best interests.
