Tyler Martin

Tyler Martin is a commercial real estate development professional with over eight years of experience specializing in retail development, ground lease transactions, asset monetization, and grocery-anchored real estate. Since joining Southeastern in 2018, Tyler has played a key role in representing The Kroger Co.’s Alternative Profit Division, overseeing the sale, leasing, and redevelopment of more than 250 retail outparcels nationwide.

Throughout his career, Tyler has generated over $50 million in transaction volume and negotiated more than 70,000 square feet of retail leases and renewals across the Southeast. His expertise spans site selection, acquisitions and dispositions, lease negotiations, entitlement coordination, development management, and strategic partnerships with national and regional retailers.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) since 2022, Tyler combines strong financial acumen with a practical, relationship-driven approach to development. He currently leads multiple ground-up retail development projects across the country, including national build-to-suit programs, while working closely with retailers, municipalities, engineers, attorneys, and capital partners to bring projects from concept to completion.
